Excel Mortgage Network Inc., was
founded in 1996 by Armando Tundidor, President, Eric Weiss,
Senior Vice-president, and James Coffaro. Our vision was
to create a dynamic mortgage company that specialized
in residential real estate financing. It was imperative
for the company to utilize current technologies along
with its founder's 40 years of combined mortgage expertise. Subsequently, we've created
greater efficiencies and provide an all encompassing
product line to serve our clients throughout not only
their current loan process, but with subsequent mortgage
needs in the future. Through strategic relationships with
the Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae)
and top mortgage banking companies in the nation, Excel
Mortgage Network, Inc. is well equipped

L. Weiss, Senior Vice President and co-founder of Excel
Mortgage Network, Inc. has been in the mortgage banking
industry since 1984. With degrees in Financing and Economics,
his approach utilizes the financial goals and objectives of each
individual's unique situation. "Since every
person is unique, it's important to look at the individual's
total financial picture, then work to structure the proper mortgage to meet that person's objective,"
Weiss states. With a thorough knowledge of the mortgage
industry and personal experience with thousands

 Suzanne
Timmerman, Senior Loan Specialist and team partner,
brings a dynamic balance to Weiss' loan originating
business. With prior expertise in the legal and political
profession, Suzanne adds a clarity and streamline dimension
to the mortgage process that at times can be extremely
demanding. As a life long resident of the Tampa Bay
area, her knowledge brings a helpful perspective to
their clients. Weiss and Timmerman are committed to
